                 $26.00 per month for up to 3 novels

                 $34.50 per month to include two popular magazines

Support

                 Keep your RALPH up to date and get all the latest enhancements                  for every module you have purchased.

                 12% of retail price of system per year

                 For those systems not under annual support contract, telephone                  support is available for $45.00 per hour.  On site support is                  available for $70.00 per hour plus travel expenses.
