How To Order

Each RALPH system is customized at the factory to meet your exact requirements.

 

  This is done by you filling out a questionnaire telling us what you call each room in your house and each thing RALPH is to control.  You then choose which modules from this catalog you want.  One of our consultants will then review and verify your module selection and make certain everything is compatible.

 

  If your needs require additional or specialized programming or parts, our consultant will contact you with a quotation for any additions needed.

 

Once your system is ready for shipping, our local dealer will contact you to arrange a time for installation and training.  Actual installation times vary depending on selection of modules, components, options, number of residents etc., but some are done in as little as 2 half days.  Each resident will want to spend one or more 30 minute sessions voice training so RALPH can recognize all members of the household.

 

If at a later time you wish to add additional modules, our consultants will review your additions and compare with your original system for compatibility and then customize the upgrade modules and ship to your dealer for installation.

 

As you can see, even though there are literally thousands of options available on a RALPH system, all you have to worry about is what you want yours to do and we take care of the rest.  We can also adapt your system at a later time if your needs change to keep RALPH doing everything it possibly can to make your life as pleasurable and  or independent as possible.
