OCI was established as a Missouri corporation in 1977. The primary function of the company was to provide quality service on IBM typewriters. In 1984 OCI became one of the first authorized IBM dealers in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. The company has focused on servicing PC's, HP, Lexmark and Okidata printers plus custom building PC's and networks. On September 19, 2003 OCI became the first independent consultant for Ralph the Home Assistant™. This is a quality enhancement to OCI and complements their transition into a high technology product and service business. OCI has trained technicians on staff to handle all of your upgrade and support needs.
